Trent accidentally draws their attention as he attempts to pursue Haley and explain himself. Just as he recovers the flash drive, the gang members catch up and hold him at gunpoint. FBI agent, Malcolm Turner and his partner, John are assigned to capture a escaped convict known as Lester Vesco, who was originally serving a life sentence in prison but escaped his cell and killed a prison doctor and took off in his car. Lester tracks Sherry down to Big Momma's house and later puts her in danger.
